About the Role

Lead the design and delivery of a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF

Foster strong relationships with children and families through inclusive and engaging practice

Implement intentional teaching strategies and maintain detailed documentation of learning and progress

Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and contribute to continuous quality improvement

Ensure compliance with all National Quality Standards and state regulations

Inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child

What You’ll Need

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current VIT Registration (Victorian Institute of Teaching) – Mandatory for this Kindy role

VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

Strong understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS and Kindergarten program requirements

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

A commitment to delivering a play-based, inquiry-led learning environment
