Romsey Early Learning is seeking an experienced and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to lead our 4-Year-Old Kindergarten Program with a nature-based philosophy at its core.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), with current VIT registration (or pending)

A passionate educator with experience in nature pedagogy and outdoor learning

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and inspire others

Commitment to play-based, child-led learning practices

Creativity, flexibility, and a love of the outdoors in ALL weather
