This Role Suits You If You’re:

A retired or semi-retired mechanic wanting to stay active in the trade

A final-year apprentice or newly certified tech looking for real-world experience

Someone who enjoys structure, purpose, and helping people stay safe on the road

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting light vehicle roadworthy inspections (RWC/COI)

- Using tablet-based systems to complete reports (no paperwork)

- Guiding customers on rego and roadworthiness in plain English

- Working as part of a next-generation inspection & registration team

What You’ll Need

- Current QLD AIS accreditation (light vehicles) or willingness to obtain (we can help)

- Confidence in basic safety standards and compliance checks

- Friendly, professional attitude — this is a customer-facing role

- Ability to work independently and use digital tools (training provided)

- A commitment to speed, safety, and service
