Clinical Nurse – Weekends Only | Palm Lake Care Bargara

Permanent Part-Time | 4 days per fortnight
Shifts: 8am–4pm or 6am–2pm
Saturday: $85.29–$85.42/hr | Sunday: $99.51–$99.66/hr

What you’ll do:

Lead and motivate care staff to deliver outstanding, person-centred care

Mentor your team and support learning every day

Communicate clearly with residents, families, GPs, and colleagues

Assist new staff with their onboarding and provide guidance & support to our staff over the weekends

Oversee clinical compliance and care quality standards

What we’re looking for:

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration

3+ years in a senior aged care and/or clinical role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards

Autumn Care experience a plus

Willing to complete a police check and pre-employment medical
