• Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
• Deliver and oversee person-centred clinical care
• Manage medications, wound care, and clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and families
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Current National Police Check
• Strong clinical and communication skills
