Hormn is Australia’s leading Telehealth platform for men’s health, specialising in low testosterone, weight loss, fertility, and ED. As we rebrand and expand into 2026, we are building a recruitment function to ensure we have the talent to scale quickly and effectively.

Role Responsibilities

Proactively source and manage candidates for doctor and support staff roles

Write and publish high-performing Seek ads and other job postings

Maintain a structured talent CRM (contacted, interested, interviewing, offer sent, hired, future interest)

Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified doctors is maintained

Prepare and send contracts, follow up for completion

Collect all onboarding information (address, prescriber number, HPIO, bank details, etc.)

Set up accounts, consult schedules, and distribute training documentation

Requirements

Proven track record in recruitment, ideally in healthcare or professional services

Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills

Excellent organisational and follow-up abilities

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once

Experience with onboarding and contract administration

Part-time 10–20 hrs/week initially

Opportunity for full-time after 3–6 months based on performance and growth
