Head of Sales – Lifestyle Communities
QLD Based
We are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, values-driven private investment group to appoint a commercially astute and customer-centric Head of Sales. This pivotal leadership role will spearhead the sales function for their innovative lifestyle communities platform focused on delivering thoughtfully designed, amenity-rich land lease communities for the over-50s market.
With multiple projects in planning and early delivery stages across Queensland, this role presents an exciting opportunity to build and scale a high-performing internal sales team and lead the commercial growth of a premium, lifestyle-led residential offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, scalable sales strategy aligned with project pipelines, commercial objectives, and brand values
- Lead, mentor, and grow an internal sales team across multiple Queensland communities, fostering a culture of high performance, customer focus, and collaboration
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from initial enquiry through to contract and settlement, ensuring a seamless, brand-aligned, and values-driven experience
- Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and operations teams to shape product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans that maximise lead quality and sales conversion
- Implement and oversee CRM systems, sales pipeline reporting, and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement and commercial accountability
- Manage relationships with external sales agents or channel partners as needed to support sales objectives
- Champion post-sale customer engagement initiatives to build community trust, satisfaction, and resident retention
- Provide regular sales forecasts, insights, and updates to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in sales within residential property, land lease communities
- Proven ability to build, develop, and lead internal sales teams with a hands-on, coaching-driven approach
- Commercially savvy, with strong analytical skills and a focus on achieving measurable sales outcomes
- Deep appreciation for customer experience and brand integrity, with a commitment to values-based selling and community building
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with operational teams through to senior executives
- Experience in land lease sectors is highly regarded and preferred, but strong candidates from residential or masterplanned community backgrounds may be considered
- Based in Brisbane - Open to candidates willing to relocate
Position Details:
- Location: Brisbane Head Office
- Reporting To: CEO and Executive Team
- Package: Approximately $200,000 ++ commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives
