Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated OSHC Educator to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work up to 30 hours per week, including before and after school care, our Saturday program, and during our exciting school holiday programs. Your remuneration will be based on your qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children in a variety of recreational and educational activities before and after school, during our Saturday program, and in our school holiday programs.

Develop and implement age-appropriate programs that promote social, emotional, and physical development, ensuring all activities are engaging and fun.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to all Kidspace policies and procedures.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Assist with the setup and pack down of activities and maintain a clean and organised environment.

Work collaboratively with the Kidspace team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or OSHC (Cert 3, Diploma or higher, or studying towards).

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Previous experience working in an OSHC or Early Childhood is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow and thrive.
