Key Responsibilities:

Manage project marketing and general marketing activities for greenfield/residential community development

Oversee lead generation and sales conversion strategies

Maintain brand identity integrity and oversee all market release assets

Coordinate PR strategies and media releases with agency partners

Plan and execute event management and community engagement initiatives

Drive sales and marketing reporting to effectively manage ROI

Manage external agency relationships for marketing collateral development

Handle administrative duties as required

To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

Experience with an understanding of Land/Residential/ Communities or similar experience highly regarded – Property Developer or Property Agency-Side

2-3 years experience

Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred

Ability to analyse market and sales data, to draw insights, develop actions and improve the effectiveness of campaigns

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with finesse and attention to detail

Strong relationship management, communication, and problem solving skills
