Due to rapid business growth, we are in the process of recruiting experienced electrical switchboard engineer / fitters / assemblers to join our Manufacturing Facility based in Cranbourne West.

As you further develop your experience and skill set, you will be given new opportunities to ensure your continual carrier growth within the business.

Seeking experienced candidates with the following Skills

Assembly of busbar and / or wiring including some mechanical assembly

Assembly of sheet metal enclosures

Reliable, punctual, with a positive & enthusiastic can-do attitude

Hands on with supervisory overseeing duties

Reading & understanding electrical drawings

Coaching / Guiding apprentices

Problem solving and multi-tasking skills & critical thinking

Willing to work overtime when required

Quality workmanship and achieve targets

Team working environment

A genuine interest in electrical switchboards

Following and understanding electrical drawings and philosophy
