About the role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our growing team at Hi-Tech Modular Homes' office in Bringelly, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming all visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
• Managing the office reception area, including maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
• Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events
• Handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

What we're looking for

• An enthusiastic individual looking to join the Team, with a willingness to learn about our product and grow within the business.
• Previous experience in a customer service or front-office role is not necessary but is desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of customers and stakeholders
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing demands
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanour with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
