Appointment Setter – Solar & Energy Solutions

Steadfast Solar | Para Hills West SA | $55,000–$60,000 + Bonus | Full-Time

We’re looking for a confident communicator to join our growing team as a full-time Appointment Setter. Based in Para Hills West (with flexibility), you’ll be speaking with homeowners who’ve expressed interest in solar or battery storage and helping them take the next step.

This isn’t a call centre role. You won’t be reading a script or working under a stopwatch. Instead, you’ll be trained to guide conversations, qualify interest, and book high-quality appointments for our consultants.

About You

You might be a natural on the phone, a former sales rep looking for stability, or someone with strong admin/customer service skills who loves engaging with people.

What matters most:

You’re confident, clear and warm on the phone

You ask good questions and listen well

You’re reliable and goal-focused

You work well with structure, and can manage your time independently

Experience in solar, energy or home services is a bonus — but not essential. We train the right people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Calling new and existing leads (no cold lists)

Asking discovery questions to pre-qualify interest

Booking consultations for our sales team

Following up leads via SMS, email, and phone

Updating CRM notes and attending training

What We Offer

Full-time role – 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Base salary + performance bonuses
