The Role
· Leads the implementation and engagement of safety and health reform, continuous improvement and change management approaches.
· Contributes to the implementation of best practice standards and achievements of the Directorate's Operational Plan.
· Conducts sensitive high-level enforcement activity aligned with the Group's programs and policies; including preparing investigation and prosecution reports and providing expert advice for investigations as required.
· Undertakes audits, inspections and reports on work places and practices related to mining operations; including technically complex accidents and incidents.
Qualifications & Licenses
· Bachelor of Engineering in mining, or other approved Bachelor degree related to the resources sector
