Key Responsibilities

Take creative and operational lead on high-end residential projects

Work closely with Directors to develop design narratives and project vision

Manage consultants, suppliers, and client relationships with professionalism

Oversee documentation, detailing, and FF&E specifications to the highest standard

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive studio culture

Skills & Experience

Minimum 8 years’ post-grad experience with a strong focus on private residential interiors

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite

Excellent design sensibility, attention to detail, and knowledge of materials and finishes

Experience managing projects from early concept through to construction and installation

Confident client communicator with the ability to lead meetings and presentations
