Located in the Geelong area, Redstone have partnered with a local aged care provider with a 100 bed facility seeking a Facility Manager.
In this role you will manage all the clinical and non clinical running of the aged care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support of 2 x Care Manager and all floor staff, along with support from all relevant departments.

Requirements:
- Facility/ Residential Management experience
- RN - DIV 1
- Outstanding people & culture management skills
- Knowledge and hands on experience of change management
- Experience in rostering and other HR duties
- Proven experience with accreditation standards
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
