At Red Pony Group, we believe our drivers are the backbone of the business. You’re the face our customers see every day, so we value professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to safety. We’re currently looking for two drivers and an offsider with a guaranteed minimum of 38 hours per week.

Role 1:

You’ll be behind the wheel of a fully serviced and well-maintained 10-pallet Curtanside truck with a tail lift and electric pallet jack provided. This role starts immediately and the role os located in Crestmead.

Role2:

We are looking for a 2 man team. This role is delivering mattresses to homes. You’ll be driving a fully serviced and well-maintained 10-pallet Curtanside truck with a tail lift. This role starts immediately.

The role pickups up from either Yatala or Waco every morning. If you have a safe parking spot for the truck, that wont get an$874 ticket you are able to take the truck hime.

For the offsider we are happy to train you and get you on the road to your truck license if you wish,

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily pre-starts and basic maintenance checks to keep our fleet safe and running smoothly

• Delivering goods safely, in full and on time

• Communicating clearly with both the operations team and our customers

• Keeping your vehicle clean and assisting with basic housekeeping duties

• Accurately completing paperwork and maintaining logbooks

You’ll Need:

• A valid MR Manual Driver’s Licence

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• A reliable and honest attitude

• The ability to obtain a current driving history record and police report for the last five years, no more than 30 days old

• A genuine customer-first mindset

• Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks as needed
