About the role

Griffiths Transport Services' is seeking an MR Truck Driver to join our team in Richlands, Queensland. As a full-time MR Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of NEW furniture. We operate Tuesdays through to Saturdays.

What you'll be doing

Operate a medium rigid (MR) truck to transport and deliver NEW furniture to residential properties throughout the Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Northern NSW areas.

Safely load, secure and unload goods using appropriate techniques

Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations, company policies and procedures

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our transport operations

What we're looking for

A current MR truck licence

THE ABILITY TO CARRY FURNITURE INTO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES

Excellent driving skills, with a strong focus on safety and compliance

Good communication and customer service skills

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A positive, reliable and flexible approach to work
