About the role

As an MR skip truck driver you will play a crucial role in the company's road transport operations based in Swanbank, Queensland. This full-time position will see you operating a medium rigid (MR) skip truck to efficiently and safely move waste and recycling materials across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Operate an MR skip truck to transport waste and recycling materials

Safely load and unload the truck at customer sites and waste management facilities

Cover and secure your load

Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the vehicle

Ensure compliance with all relevant road transport regulations and company policies

Provide excellent customer service to clients

Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations

What we're looking for

Current MR driver's licence with a clean driving record

Experience operating heavy vehicles and equipment in the waste management or road transport industry

Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safety

Knowledge of relevant road transport regulations and legislation

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A strong work ethic. Reliable and motivated
