Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full operational process for international airfreight
• Liaise with airlines, clients, and overseas agents
• Handle documentation including AWBs, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists
• Data entry and tracking of shipments in the system
• Problem-solving and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in airfreight forwarding
• Understanding of international freight documentation and procedures
• Experience using CargoWise and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and manage timelines

About the Role:
We’re working with a well-established freight forwarder on Brisbane’s northside, looking for an experienced Airfreight Operator to manage end-to-end import/export operations. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and carriers to ensure smooth coordination and compliance.
