WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and effective time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Current driver's license
Basic fitness for facility operations (moderate walking, stairs, occasional lifting up to 12kg)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Processing sales orders
Managing customer communications (as directed by the Team Leader) through clear and courteous transfer of information to all stakeholders.
Answering customer calls and email enquiries, or channeling them to Sales staff, and others where appropriate.
