Platform Administrator - Salesforce

$625–$725/day + GST

We’re working with a leading university that’s investing heavily in its digital products and CRM strategy.

Their Salesforce ecosystem is central to how they manage engagement across education, events, and eCommerce - and they’re now hiring two Platform Administrators to support platform health, end-user experience, and day-to-day operations.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team focused on delivering service excellence, reliability, and release readiness in a high-trust environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver Salesforce admin and platform support – user setup, config, data management
• Triage and resolve incidents in line with ITIL practices
• Manage access, security, and compliance across multiple orgs
• Support change and deployment activities (regression testing, release readiness)
• Monitor environment health and maintain key operational documentation
• Work across project and BAU streams with multiple teams and vendors
• Represent the platform team with strong communication and service mindset

About You

• 1–3+ years in Salesforce or CRM platform admin/support roles
• Strong technical foundation across user/role/security admin, object config, workflows, and reports
• Hands-on with platform maintenance, incident triage, and deployment support
• Familiar with Agile delivery, service operations, and ITIL environments
• Customer-centric and great with stakeholder communication
• Comfortable juggling BAU and project work in a complex enterprise setting
