We’re looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters (or Heavy Diesel Fitters) with a strong background in service and repair work. This is a hands-on, workshop-based role with a company known for building some of the most robust transport equipment in Australia.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out mechanical fitting, repair and overhaul of transport equipment
• Servicing trailers and other heavy transport components
• Diagnosing faults and replacing parts as required
• Reading technical drawings and following job specifications
• Working closely with a team of trades to meet quality and safety standards

What you need:

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Heavy Diesel Fitter
• Proven experience in service and repairs (not general maintenance)
• Prior work on trailers, heavy equipment or hydraulics highly regarded
• Ability to work from technical drawings and service documentation
• Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
