Travis McLeod from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit 2 mechanical fitters for an established local engineering company, who specialise in service and construction of dredging and mining equipment.

They are seeking experienced and ticketed mechanical fitters, who are based around the Gold Coast and looking for full time work with a quality company in growth mode.

Starting at $57.00 Per Hour & OT & Super on contract, there will also be well paid remote site opportunities around Australia and in Queensland at times.

The requirements are;

• Cert 3 Mechanical Fitter
• Gearbox, Diesel or Hydraulic & Heavy Plant experience
• Dredge and booster experience
• Fixed plant mining and manufacturing industry experience
• Reliable with great work ethic and safety awareness
• Seeking a permanent role with growth
• PPE, basic mechanical hand tools and transport to site
