We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our leadership team and help oversee one of our established practices.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice. You’ll lead a passionate and skilled team, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure that every patient experience reflects the values of our brand.

You’ll be supported by our wider management team and work collaboratively with dentists, oral health therapists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinical operations and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice

Lead, motivate and support a team of clinicians and support staff

Monitor and manage KPIs, budgets, and practice targets

Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction

Coordinate rostering, recruitment, and staff development

Drive operational efficiency and compliance with health regulations

Liaise with senior management and contribute to continuous improvement

About You:

Proven experience in dental or healthcare practice management (essential)

Strong leadership and people management skills

Confident working with clinical teams and managing staff performance

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities

Tech-savvy, with experience using dental practice software

A proactive and professional approach to challenges and growth
