This role drives the front end of every build, owning the pre-construction process from first client handover to signed contract. You’ll lead communication between clients, designers, estimators, and production, cutting through roadblocks, coordinating every moving part, and ensuring each custom modular home is fully scoped, costed, and ready to build with speed and accuracy.

What You Will Do

• Be the dedicated client contact through pre-construction
• Coordinate and lead a small team of designers, managing multiple projects at once
• Oversee reports, drawings, and approvals to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with estimators, engineers, and consultants to resolve issues fast
• Track progress in Zoho CRM, flagging delays and keeping all stakeholders informed
• Ensure every design is practical, compliant, and budget-aligned before signing

Skills Required

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in design management, pre-construction, or ECI roles.
• Comfortable managing design workflow and leading client-facing processes
• Familiarity with construction drawings and design compliance
• Competent with Excel and internal systems
