About the role
Reporting to the Director of Data, you’ll work in a high-performing team, delivering analytics across the investment lifecycle. The role partners closely with Origination, Risk, and Executive teams to drive data-driven decisions and AI innovation in lending.

This role is based on site at the Sydney CBD office 5 days a week. Please do not apply if you're only looking for remote working.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Build interactive Power BI dashboards across investment and risk domains
• Partner with business teams to develop high-impact analytics
• Evaluate and productionise AI/ML use cases aligned with responsible AI standards
• Drive data quality and metadata governance practices
• Mentor stakeholders on data storytelling and BI tools

Skills and experience

• 5–8 years in data analytics, credit analysis or private credit
• Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric or Synapse
• Strong business acumen with investment finance context
• Hands-on experience with ML and GenAI/LLMs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of data governance and AI ethics frameworks
