A dynamic and nationally recognised media brand is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on FP&A Manager to lead its financial planning and performance function. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, consumer-driven business, ideal for someone who thrives on strategic influence, executive interaction, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a small high-performing team, take full ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver meaningful insights that shape strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will:

Consolidate and analyse monthly financial results, including variance commentary and actionable insights.

Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with business units.

Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business cases and strategic options.

Present complex data in a clear, digestible format for non-financial stakeholders.

Assist in month-end and quarter-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of key FP&A outputs.

About You

CA/CPA qualified, with 6+ years’ experience in commercial finance and audit

Advanced excel and analytical skills

Proven senior stakeholder engagement skills

Advanced Excel and enterprise reporting systems (e.g. TM1, OneStream)

Strong commercial mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills
