$100,000 - $124,516 + Super (negotiable based on experience)

As Clinical Lead: Occupational Therapist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to clients across the lifespan; from early childhood through older adults. Leveraging your strong leadership and mentoring expertise, you will provide clinical supervision and play a pivotal role in our 2026 new graduate program.
Our Occupational Therapy team provides care across the life span in a range of settings, funded under schemes including Lifetime Support Authority, Department of Health, Home Care Packages, NDIS, and private clients.
You will join a multi-disciplinary Allied Health division that values collaboration, engagement, and collective development. We have speech pathologists, positive behaviour support practitioners, psychologists, allied health assistants and physiotherapists.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Leading and supporting therapists across diverse clinical caseloads
Contributing to the design and implementation of our new graduate program for 2026
Providing leadership and direction to the occupational therapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
Conducting complex Occupational Therapy assessments, evaluations and develop individualised care plans for children and/or adults with diverse needs
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, working closely with families, health professionals, and service providers to coordinate holistic care approach to interventions.
Assessing and prescribing assistive technology and home modifications that support client’s safety and independence
Engaging in service development, clinical governance, and process improvement initiatives guided by data and best-practice standards.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be a recognised clinical leader with demonstrated supervision and mentorship experience in Occupational Therapy.
Skills you will bring to the role will include:
Practiced clinical decision‑maker across diverse funding systems and client presentation.
Passionate about developing clinical teams and shaping future talent.
Evidence-driven clinical thinker, skilled in guiding quality improvement projects and applied practice.
Exceptional communicator who’s adept at both day-to-day support and strategic service contribution.
Evidence of exercising sound judgement, with an ability to make decisions that consider and balance innovation, key business goals, values, and standards.
You must hold:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, including experience working as a senior clinician.
AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience working across the lifespan
Significant experience within the NDIS, LSA and DHS funding
