Join our growing team! St Jakobi Early Learning Centre is a birth to 5 years education and care service where children's natural curiosity, creativity, and love of learning are nurtured in a warm, inclusive, and nature-connected environment.

We are currently seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator who is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to fostering a play-based, child-led learning environment. About the Role:

Work within a passionate and professional team to provide high-quality education and care

Support the planning and implementation of engaging, developmentally appropriate programs

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Contribute to documentation and reflection processes

We’re Looking For:

A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards qualification (or ACECQA equivalent)

A genuine passion for working with young children

Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to continuous professional learning

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Child protection, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
