Customer Support & Call Centre Officer

4 days/week position

Before You Buy, a property technology (proptech) scale-up, is Australia’s home of property compliance and due diligence. We are on a mission to take the stress out of finding experts to help people buy their next property with confidence. We launched ten years ago and provided over 150,000 property reports to Australians over the past 12 months – saving them time and money in the process.

We’re growing fast, and are looking for a new Customer Support & Call Centre Officer to help our rapid growth continue while still offering customers, inspectors and real estate agents the best possible experience.

Role requirements

A team player who's keen to learn and grow

Deliver high-quality support across phone, email, and live chat

Work well within a team and are a problem-solver

Be able to adapt processes as we grow

Have great phone manner

Customer service experience

Have an ability to deal with time-critical requests over the phone, email or website chat

Have an ability to work 4 days/week with external customers and the BYB sales team, web developers and co-founders

Remuneration

$64,000 p.a. plus Superannuation salary for four days ($80k + Super full-time equivalent)
