About the Role

This role supports operational planning and performance through the development of forecasting and projection models. Working with Excel, SAS, and other tools, the Business Analyst provides actionable insights to guide improvements across national services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine projection modelling tools using Excel and other software
• Extract and analyse data from Excel, SAS, and Salesforce systems
• Produce forecasting reports and visualisations for strategic decision-making
• Draft business insights and recommendations for operational improvements
• Monitor and analyse performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Support reporting, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement activities

Skills & Experience

• Strong Excel and SAS skills for data extraction and modelling
• Experience developing forecasting and projection models
• Understanding of performance analysis and quality improvement processes
• Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively
• Experience with Salesforce and JIRA is highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
