Description
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on a range of human resources matters.
- Assist with employee relations, including resolving workplace issues and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and talent management strategies to meet organisational needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Deliver training and development programs to enhance staff capability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and public sector standards.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner/Advisor should have:
- Relevant qualifications in human resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in restructures and redundancies.
- Ideally prior experience in CPSU and clause 11 change process activities.
- Proven experience in providing HR advice and support within the public sector or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
- Problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate of $54-$58 per hour based on experience.
