Our client is on the lookout for a curious and collaborative HR Systems Analyst to join a passionate team driving a major HRIS transformation.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with a high chance of extension. You'll play a key role in rolling out SAP SuccessFactors, helping shape how the business uses technology to support its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the go-to person for all things SAP SuccessFactors. Configuring, testing, and supporting the system.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Help translate business needs into smart system solutions.
• Support testing, data validation, and user training.
• Troubleshoot issues and help users feel confident with the new system.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Requirement)
• Great stakeholder management skills
• A creative mindset-you enjoy thinking outside the box and finding better ways to do things.
• Strong attention to detail and a love for solving problems.
• Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
