About the role
Reporting to the Head of Delivery and Optimisation, this 6-month fixed term contract role sits in the Technology team. You’ll work closely with key business and IT stakeholders, leading initiatives that improve operational efficiency and system effectiveness.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead and support process improvement and system optimisation initiatives
• Gather and document business requirements across multiple teams
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend enhancements
• Coordinate end-user training and communications
• Collaborate across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in creating executable process models is essential
• Proven business analysis experience in financial services
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills
• Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent methodology is preferred
• Confident in Agile environments and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
• Degree in business, finance, or economics (preferred)
