About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Passive Fire Technician to join our growing team at Emerge Fire.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects across Sydney, contributing to safety and compliance through the installation and maintenance of industry-leading fire protection Company.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

· Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of passive fire protection products and systems

· Collaborating with a team of driven professionals to uphold the highest standards in the fire protection industry

· Liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure all work meets compliance and safety standards

· Participating in regular training to stay current with industry best practices and evolving technologies

· Supporting continuous improvement across service delivery and internal systems

What We’re Looking For
We’re after a candidate who brings:

· Preferably a minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience as a Passive Fire Technician or similar

· Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· A professional appearance and a reliable, honest attitude

· Motivation, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail

· A valid driver’s licence and White Card

· Ability to pass a police check (required for many client sites)

· A sound understanding of OH&S policies and procedures
