About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Exhibition Stand Builder to join our team at ML Exhibition and Events in Brisbane. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for the construction and dismantling of Exhibition shell scheme and custom-designed exhibition stands for our clients' events, conferences and trade shows. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative team, working on high-profile projects in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Constructing exhibition stands, displays, and structures to client specifications

Ensuring all stands are built to the highest quality and safety standards

Dismantling and packing up exhibition stands at the end of events

Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the process

Working collaboratively with the wider events team to deliver successful projects

Maintaining and caring for all tools and equipment used on site

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Exhibition Stand Builder or in a similar construction/assembly role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications

Excellent manual dexterity and practical building skills

Good time management and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

This role operates on a 24/7 roster, which may include early starts, late finishes, and weekend or overnight shifts.

A keen eye for design and an understanding of current exhibition trends

A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation (preferred but not necessary)

Able to work in Brisbane and Gold Coast Locations
