About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Builder/Carpenter who is happy to roll up their sleeves and work across all areas of our business — not just building and carpentry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out carpentry and building works to a high standard.

Assist with renovations, plumbing, gas fitting, landscaping, shed builds, and other projects as required.

Work closely with apprentices, providing guidance and support.

Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and safe work site.

Occasionally travel to surrounding areas for work (majority of work is local).

About You

Qualified Builder or Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent).

Broad construction skills and willingness to assist in all areas of the business.

Current driver’s licence (manual preferred).

White Card (Construction Induction).

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Ability to lead and mentor apprentices.

Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.

Location: Ipswich QLD (occasional travel to surrounding areas).
