We’re hiring a Technical Business Analyst to work on web and mobile application development projects, turning business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for our software delivery teams.

About the Role

This is a client facing role where you’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their goals, run workshops, and translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

You’ll collaborate with software developers, testers, software architects, project managers and UI/UX designers throughout the full software development lifecycle from initial discovery through to delivery and post launch support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather, analyse, and validate business requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and acceptance criteria

Manage client expectations with professionalism, transparency, and clear communication

Write comprehensive briefs for UI/UX designers, review wireframes and prototypes, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with developers, QA and architects to design scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions

Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups

Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities using Azure DevOps and JIRA

Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-launch reviews across multiple projects

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst in web and mobile application projects

Proven experience in client facing roles, including stakeholder engagement, workshops, and expectation management

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle

Proficient in Azure DevOps, JIRA, SQL, JSON, and API integrations

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and timelines

Experience working with UI/UX teams and reviewing design deliverables

Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
