About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.
You’ll be central in:

Delivering holistic, patient-centred care across chronic disease management, preventative health, and acute presentations.

Leading care plans, case conferences, and education sessions for patients and families.

Contributing to innovative projects, including women’s health, diabetes care, skin cancer services, and weight loss programs.

Supporting the next generation of healthcare by mentoring nurses and collaborating with community health partners.

About You
