The C.A.R.E Professionals Healthcare is seeking nurses with experience in advanced wound management to join a growing family owned and operated small business.

Working across all Sydney Metropolitan and some regional areas.

Role: Clinical Nurse Specialist, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Transitional Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner roles would all be appropriate for this position.

Mentorship provided by an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with 15 years advanced wound care and 30 years of Nursing experience.

Pay would be commensurate with level of experience.

Essential criteria:

1) Registered Nurse with minimum 3-5 years post graduate experience.

2) Advanced wound management assessment and management skills. OR

Advanced Generalist Primary Health skills for Aged Care support work.

Both would be highly advantageous.

3) Teaching and education skills

4) Clinical Leadership and triage skills

5) Proficiency in all IT formats and clinical assessment formats- Telehealth, Teams etc.

6) Must have great people skills and relationship building skills

7) Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

8) Valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

9) Permanent right to work in Australia

10) Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Preferred Criteria:

1) Wound debridement and Doppler utilisation preferred, but not essential

2) Aged Care experience preferred but not essential

3) Wound Care Certification/Credentials would be highly regarded
