About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager and help launch this flagship store in South Australia. With a premium product and client-first focus, this is a chance to bring your consultative selling style, team support skills, and passion for fine jewellery to a business where custom creation is at the heart of everything they do.

What you will do

Support store leadership in day-to-day operations and team management

Deliver warm, high-touch client experiences focused on education and trust

Guide clients through custom orders, remodelling and fine jewellery selections

Maintain exceptional store presentation, stock management, and security standards

What you will bring

Previous retail leadership experience in fine jewellery or luxury retail ideal

Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

A genuine love for jewellery and interest in craftsmanship and custom design

Ability to work a Sunday to Thursday roster
