About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to take the reins at a high-profile store in Adelaide's south. This is your chance to lead a fashion-forward team and bring your commercial mindset to a brand that rewards hustle, heart, and high standards.

What you will do

Lead from the front, motivating your team to deliver standout service and styling experiences

Drive sales and performance through smart visual merchandising and strong KPI focus

Recruit, train and coach your team to be passionate ambassadors of the brand

Own the day-to-day operations including stock, rostering, reporting and store presentation

What you will bring

Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail setting ideal

Energy, pace, and a love of working in a dynamic, trend-led fashion environment

Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills

A results-driven attitude and a love of styling and service
