We’re looking for an Enrolled Nurse who doesn’t just want a casual role — they want to be part of a movement redefining recovery in Australia.

Shifts You Must Be Available For:

Monday night – 4 hours

Friday night – 4 hours

Saturday – 8-hour shift

Plus additional casual shifts to cover leave and higher demand

The Role: A Blend of Clinical, Emotional, and Practical Care

You’ll work closely with our guests — offering structure, support, and a steady presence during some of the most important weeks of their lives.

Your day might look like this:

Supporting medication administration and shift handovers

Monitoring mood, energy, and engagement of guests across their daily schedule

Assisting with recovery activities, appointments, and Saturday outings

Keeping shift notes up to date in Cliniko and Connect Team

Helping with room turnovers, guest supplies, and basic admin (like rostering or guest feedback follow-ups)

Being a point of calm, clarity, and practical support in moments of emotional overwhelm

Who We’re Looking For:

Qualified Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA Registered)

Mental health, addiction, aged care, or trauma recovery experience highly regarded

Able to work autonomously and take initiative — this is not a hand-held role

Strong documentation and admin skills — you'll be trusted to run the shift with accuracy

Emotionally intelligent and confident in your boundaries

Comfortable helping non-clinical team members with light tech/admin challenges
