Qualifications & experience

Minimum 2 years of estimating experience in the residential construction sector

Experience with Builder Trend software an advantage

Contracts Admin background desirable

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook & Excel)

Tasks & responsibilities

Estimating residential projects including take-offs

Creating & letting of sub-contractor & supplier packages

Creating & issuing project Variations

Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders

Writing job specific scope of works

Creating trade tender packages for works

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Monitoring construction schedules
