Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide brokers and stakeholders through the end-to-end claims process, ensuring smooth and clear communication at every stage.
• Investigate motor and heavy motor claims, assessing them and gathering evidence to ensure fair outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, advocating for policyholders to secure the benefits they deserve.
• Maintain detailed and accurate claim files, managing documentation and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to streamline the claims process and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in motor or heavy motor claims management (end-to-end).
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with the ability to professionally manage complaints and complex situations.
• Outstanding decision-making, organisational, and time management skills.
