Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide brokers and stakeholders through the end-to-end claims process, ensuring smooth and clear communication at every stage.
- Investigate motor and heavy motor claims, assessing them and gathering evidence to ensure fair outcomes.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, advocating for policyholders to secure the benefits they deserve.
- Maintain detailed and accurate claim files, managing documentation and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to streamline the claims process and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in motor or heavy motor claims management (end-to-end).
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Customer-focused with the ability to professionally manage complaints and complex situations.
- Outstanding decision-making, organisational, and time management skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
