About You

We're looking for skilled female practitioners who:

🔹 Have experience in family violence, The Orange Door, refuge, or outreach services
🔹 Hold a relevant qualification (Social Work, Community Services, or similar)
🔹 Meet the mandatory minimum qualifications under Requirement 209 of the MARAM Framework
🔹 Bring strong risk assessment, safety planning, and case management skills
🔹 Are available 4-5 days per week (ideally full-time) - no ad hoc or weekend work currently available
🔹 Are passionate about supporting victim survivors and creating safer outcomes
