About the role

Clarence Town Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary Technician to join our team in Clarence Town, NSW 2321. What you'll be doing

• Assisting the pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
• Providing excellent customer service to patients, responding to queries, and ensuring their needs are met
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication information
• Performing general administrative tasks to support the pharmacy operations
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician, preferably in a community pharmacy setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy management software
• A genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in pharmacy or healthcare (desirable)
