About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to join our team at our aged care facility in Adelaide Metro. As a key part of our hospitality and care team, you will support the kitchen operations by assisting with food service and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in serving meals to residents in a respectful and friendly manner.

Support kitchen staff with meal preparation and plating as required.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing and sanitising.

Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Dispose of waste and assist with stock rotation and general kitchen duties.

About You:

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting (aged care experience highly regarded).

Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.

Compassionate and respectful attitude toward elderly residents.

Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods.

Requirements:

Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available).

Valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per current aged care requirements).
