Your responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective clinical care to residents
• Administer medications and monitor health outcomes
• Work collaboratively with RNs, PCAs, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide compassionate, person-centred support to residents and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with aged care standards

What you need:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse
• Recent experience in aged care or a similar setting
• Up-to-date immunisations (including 2025 flu + COVID-19 vaccinations)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
