Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced A or B Class Asbestos Supervisor and Removalist to support critical telecommunications network upgrade projects across South Australia. This role involves the safe removal of asbestos-containing pits and execution of pipe knock-ins, contributing to the rollout of next-generation infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and carry out A-Class and B-Class asbestos pit removals in telecommunications environments
• Perform pipe knock-ins and associated civil works to support network upgrades
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with WHS regulations
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory and client requirements

Requirements:

• Valid A or B Class asbestos removal licence
• Demonstrated experience in asbestos pit removal and pipe knock-in operations
• Current driver's licence
• Strong understanding of SafeWork SA legislation and WHS compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to lead teams in high-risk environments
